Abingdon Club Tournament 2018
Finals Day was held on Saturday 15th September.
It was great to have all ten possible tournaments played this year - thank you to everyone who entered. Finals' Day was warm and well attended with two highlights standing out. The first was Paul Woodman showing that you're never too old for singles by winning the Men's Singles Plate! The second was the Ladies Singles which perhaps fittingly rounded off the day. As hoped this was a fascinating battle between attack and defence, Gabriela Chavez bringing Kathryn Schutterlin's long run of victories to an end but both players playing to an extremely high standard throughout.
